潘健成上午親自出席交大電機、群聯電子AI機器人共同實驗室揭牌典禮，他表示，目前NAND Flash市況呈兩極化，工業用需求強勁，消費性市場需求卻相對疲弱。
潘健成指出，第4季NAND Flash市場一定是旺季，需求將遠比第3季強很多，NAND Flash供應商已通知將減少配貨；群聯第4季營收表現將視貨源而定，不過，預期表現應不會差。
展望明年，潘健成表示，觀察過去NAND Flash發展，每年產品跌價45%合理，預期明年NAND Flash價格一定會下滑，明年某些季節市況會較鬆。
NAND Flash市場供給一直吃緊並不健康，潘健成指出，畢竟NAND Flash不是必需品，產品價格高漲，將會影響需求減緩；不過，供給端方面，若供應商不蓋新廠，產出將不會增加。
